Those words spoken by a true Hollywood trainer, Mickey, in the 1976 movie Rocky. A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to go out to the Charleston PAL Gym on upper King Street to meet a real boxing trainer and shoot some photos alongside the kids who attended the Teen Photography Camp at CC for P. The gym is owned by a man named Al Meggett, aka. Hollywood, who worked with Muhammad Ali, trained Forest Whittaker and coached the U.S. Olympics team in the 80's.
